Our mates down under in Australia are producing some of the best and most exciting hops in the world. To brew this vibrant Hazy IPA Pacific Coast Beverages brought over a huge dose of Australian Vic Secret and Enigma hops to deliver a sensational flavour profile bursting with juicy Pineapple, White Grape, Pine and Rock Melon. They loaded this stunning hop combo onto a base of New Zealand Light Lager malt enhanced with layers of fluffy wheat for a smooth and hazy body which supports the vibrant Aussie hops.

Zodiac is a bright but powerful IPA with a stripped back, 100% Pilsner malt base allowing a delicious blend of NZ and US hops to shine. A hefty kettle charge of NZ Kohatu and Superdelic bring an assertive bitterness while Nelson Sauvin and Superdelic pack in flavours of gooseberry, mango and lemon peel. A huge dry hop of Motueka, Moutere, Riwaka and Mosaic Cryo bring it home with a massive tropical aroma bursting with layers of ripe, juicy fruit character. The Zodiac is a true marine icon. As the original rigid inflatable boat this pioneering vessel is the benchmark for recreation, lifesaving and military service craft the world over.

There's an elemental darkness at the heart of this massive Black Barley and Rye Wine. You can feel it wafting rich, dark fruit up from the glass with powerful overtones of tobacco and bourbon. Like its stable mate The Vandal, Black Sabbath is inspired by a famous John Reid-built kiwi hot rod, but at the same time Panhead think its strength and uncompromising character also pay considerable tribute to the rock and roll originators of the name.

Pilsner is famously Czech in origin, but here we've gone for a South Pacific hop profile in keeping with the people who brew it and drink it. Passionfruit, grapefruit and sauvignon blanc characters abound, stacked up on a robust malt base that's partly German, partly Kiwi.

In hot rodding a Rat Rod is a chopped, low slung, rough and rusty special, designed for go more than show. A little like a classic hazy IPA in other words. There's a monster American hopping regime inside this unfiltered diamond, throwing the juicy orange and fruit salad characters forward without too much bitterness or malty sophistication.
