This beer is inspired by Nashville, Tennessee. Nashville is a crazy, vibrant place; full of live music, in every bar, at all times of day and night. It's a place famous for hot chicken, cowboy boot stores, and a never ending flow of hen nights. This place is pretty much the Vegas of the south. With its blend of beer, food, and culture Behemoth could only think of one hop that would sum the place up; Mosaic. Sometimes when you're getting things done in New Zealand's humidity you just want something cold & refreshing that's smashable without getting you smashed. Here in your hand is a beautiful Low Carb Pale Ale. Wait, yes you read that correctly, Low Carb, in fact it's more than 40% less carbs than our Chur! Pale Ale. So you don't have to feel guilty about drinking more than 1, we think that's pretty chur. We have brewed this beer to be big on drinkability but also massive on aroma and flavour. Perfect to crack open after doing some chores or even the first beer after a long day at work. We have brewed this beer with Pale and Vienna malts to finish super dry then hopped it with a load of our favourite American and NZ hops. So, what're you still doing reading this? Something Hoppy is an India Pale Ale made with Citra, Azacca, and El Dorado hops that meld over a lovely malt cushion. Sometimes all you need is something hoppy and this is the beer for those times. To be fair, most times are those times.

Milk stout infused with chocolate malt, Dutch Cocoa powder and Cocoa nibs. Vanilla for good measure. Just like a chocolate milkshake only beery. Match this with Milk chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Chocolate Pudding, Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Brownie, Chocolate Chocolate. For an extra decadent treat add a spoonful of Vanilla ice cream and make a Triple Chocolate Ice Cream Float!

It's back, and it's bigger than ever! Some of you OG Behemoth fans might remember this beer as one of the very first seasonals they ever dared to put in a can. Back then it was a bit of a pioneer, and now they've dragged it out of the vault, cranked up the flavour dials, and given it the full hazy treatment it always deserved. They've built it on a pillowy base of pale malt, oats, and wheat to make it soft, smooth, and oh-so palatable. Then they went absolutely tropical with it-packed full of flavours and aromas of pineapple, passionfruit and mango until it practically bursts out of the can with sunshine.
