A deep dark colour with brilliant purple hues. The bouquet is rich in blackcurrants with hints of chocolate and aniseed followed by dark berry fruits on the palate. The wine is superbly balanced with soft silky tannins on the finish.

This is a smooth and fruit orientated Gimblett Gravels blend. Deep purple in colour, it has a bouquet of dried herbs, red berries and subtle hints of cedar from a period of barrel maturation.

Loaded with ripe plush plums, juicy black cherries, a dash of black olive and a sprinkling of vanilla bean. With a finish of dark chocolate, pepper and cinnamon. You will be reaching for the second glass faster than you can say Fat Bastard.

Pinot Noir; notoriously difficult to cultivate, but with luck, love & perfect conditions, she will reward you with the performance of a life time - a minx & a devil in disguise, a Fickle Mistress. Central Otago's cool climate consistently produces exceptional red fruit flavours of cherry, raspberry and redcurrant, but with concentration and length to match. This wine is layered with black and red berry fruits, complemented by blossoming aromas of dark plum.

Pinot Noir is fickle but she is charming, she is temperamental but bewitching. She is the Fickle Mistress.
