Vibrant, mouthwatering, captivating-everything a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc should be. Since 1985, Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc has made its mark as New Zealand's most famous white wine.

Pale lemon in colour with a powerful, expressive and complex nose (exotic fruits, blackcurrant buds, grapefruit, peach) as well as some floral notes. Well-balanced, long and rich on the palate. Seductively fresh and fruity.

Upon release it has a subtle lemon hue. The bouquet is vibrant, an intoxicating assortment of tropical and citrus. Heady aromas of passionfruit and pineapple flirt temptingly against a backdrop of grapefruit, green apple, lemon peel and a hint of gunflint. The mouthfeel is textured yet precise, with a rousing whip of acidity and simmering phenolics that give the wine increased structure and length. A complex and serious Sauvignon Blanc, displaying intense varietal character, a multi- faceted palate, and a long salivating finish.

Barrel fermented with touches of semillon and Suavignon Gris, it is concentrated and complex with toast, citrus blossom, pear and stonefruit characters.

Gently pressed to capture and enhance the subtle flavour nuances from each vineyard site, the wine is fruit forward in style yet delicately structured with a long, crisp finish

Intensely aromatic with ripe passionfruit and more subtle delicate flavours of lemongrass, fennel and elderflower. The wine shows great concentration and drive, with a textural mid palate framed by succulent juicy bright acidity. The majority of fruit was cool fermented in stainless steel, with a small component of barrel fermented wine blended in for texture.

Classical in its fresh herb, lime cordial and passionfruit seed with a coastal element of weathered rock and salt spray. The palate is linear and textured finishing dry and salivating. Picking early has not only captured the classic herbal notes of the variety but has allowed for the vibrant acid profile to be balanced by the concentration from low yields, a hint of barrel weight and a touch of residual sugar retained from the fermentation.

Ripe peach, apricot and nectarine flesh aromas with delicate floral highlights. Palate is generous with luscious fruits, creamy texture and a defined finish.

Expressive aromas of kaffir lime, honeydew melon and guava fuse beautifully with a delicately textured palate of lemongrass, luscious citrus and tropical fruit. Vibrant aromatics and great purity of flavour combine with a distinctive minerality and fine palate texture. A beautiful wine that reflects Peregrine's commitment to organic wine growing on the two sub regions that contribute to this Sauvignon Blanc.

Crisp and clean this is our most successful vintage of Sauvignon blanc and is perfectly suited to the local Te Matuku Oysters which are farmed close to Man O' War, or similarly the abundant seafood that thrive in the surrounding coastal waters.

Brimming with concentrated ripe aromas of warm autumnal interlaced with savoury notes. On the palate this Sauvignon Blanc shows the full spectrum of flavours. Medium to full-bodied, it's plump and silky on the palate, showcasing round fig and melon notes.
