Cinco Sangria Rum is the blend of Honest Spirit's white rum with Unkel's fruity organic Nelson Pinot Noir, and NZ-grown oranges, cherries, and apples. Spiced Negroni Gin is made specifically for the Negroni, to cut through Campari and vermouth. It is a highly aromatic, rich and spicy gin with great power and intensity. Four Pillars use spices like Tasmanian pepperberry leaf, cinnamon, West African spice Grains of Paradise and Indonesian cubeb to up the flavour. Plus they add fresh ginger to the botanical basket to help lift the spice, and they opened up the plates in the still to add weight and intensity.
