Aged to perfection. Blending modern and traditional distilling techniques, añejo was first introduced to the world by Casa Herradura in 1962. Since then Herradura Añejo has aged in American White Oak barrels for 25 months - an incredible 13 months beyond industry standards. The result is a remarkably smooth, amber-colored liquid that melts on your tongue leaving notes of cooked agave, toasted oak and dried fruit. Perfect for sipping neat, on the rocks or your favourite cocktail.

Herradura Plata owes its distinctly sweet taste of agave and subtle oak notes to resting for an impressive 45 days beyond the industry standard in American White Oak barrels. The prolonged aging process creates a light straw colour with a unique, robust aroma of cooked agave, vanilla and wood that leaves your mouth feeling smooth and refreshed.

Tequila Herradura Reposado is the world's very first tequila reposado that is aged longer than the industry standard for 11 months in charred American white oak barrels. The additional time spent resting results in a deep copper-coloured tequila liquor with a rounded taste and notes of cooked agave, vanilla and butter complemented by a smooth, sweet finish with a touch of spice. This tequila is best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, in mixed drinks or in cocktails like a Margarita or a Classic Paloma.

Highland Park have a tradition of defying convention and that's how they came to create this distinct and bold single malt whisky and its equally distinct and bold packaging. Using first-fill Rioja casks in combination with refill casks was a first for Highland Park and the result is a rich and contemporary single malt whisky with very distinctive character. You'll find generous layers of sweet vanilla, sun-ripened peaches, summer berries and full-bodied red wine, combined on gust of heather-rich peat smoke.

Named Best Spirit in the World in the Spirit Journal, on two separate occasions, the intense balance of the flavours found in Highland Park 18YO owes everything to the five traditional keystones of production, honoured for over 220 years. Slow-burning, aromatic peat from Hobbister Moor; hand-turned floor maltings, Sherry seasoned European oak casks, cool maturation in the temperate island climate and a long and unhurried harmonisation process. Highland Park 18YO is predominantly matured in 1st fill European oak Sherry-seasoned casks, delivering a remarkable complexity over time. It delivers lingering layers of sweet honeyed malt wrapped up in subtle floral peat smoke. Over 18 years, the cool Northern climate causes the whisky to age slowly and evenly, providing balanced maturation and depth of flavour.

Valfather is Highland Park's most peated whisky to date and matured entirely in their finest refill casks to ensure that all that peat is balanced with subtle layers of flavour and character. You'll taste the syrupy sweet apple, fragrant pear, crème brûlée, toasted cedarwood, and smoked paprika. If we had to make up a word for such a flavour, it'd be Stickysmoke.

Valkyrie celebrates Highland Park's rich Nordic ancestry in Orkney, once part of a vast Viking kingdom. According to Norse mythology, Valkyries would descend onto the battlefields to find the best and bravest warriors and give them passage to Valhalla. The combination of sherry seasoned European and American oak casks with ex-bourbon casks gives Valkyrie the aroma of crisp green apples in a spice market and an aroma of faraway campfires. They call it 'Liquorice Lantern Smoke'.

Cinco Sangria Rum is the blend of Honest Spirit's white rum with Unkel's fruity organic Nelson Pinot Noir, and NZ-grown oranges, cherries, and apples. The amalgamation results in a medium-bodied rum with aromas of orange peel and apple, partnered with big bursts of flavour from cherries and oranges, finished lightly with a hint of dark chocolate.
