First matured in traditional American oak casks until it has achieved the perfect balance of flavours, the whisky is then transferred into first used sherry casks to allow the secondary maturation, which adds to its complex character and refined depth of flavour. On the nose a rich malty aroma with subtle notes of dried fruits and cinnamon sticks. The sherry cask influence has introduced a sherbet spice and oaky character. The palate is rich and spicy with layers of sweet oak, raisins, apricots and fresh oak. Addition of a little water releases the characteristic flavours of sherry cask.

Spirited Union Organic Coconut Rum unites tropical Belizean rum with sun dried organic coconut flakes. The natural sweetness of toasted coconut is balanced by infusing Madagascan vanilla and Peruvian cacao for a sweet, nutty and creamy flavour.
