KI NO BI (The Beauty of the Seasons) is inspired by tradition and is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. This gin is made in a recognisably dry style, but with a distinct Japanese accent.

Full of symbolism linked to Scotland's Hogmanay celebrations on the 31st of December and the 'first footing' tradition, where it's good luck for the first person welcomed into your home after midnight to bring whisky, shortbread and coal. There are shortbread notes aplenty in this Highland single malt, coming through from bourbon barrels, and sweet festive spice from sherry seasoned American and European oak casks. Presented in a box with artwork by Erica Dorn, with the red colours representing the warm fire from the coal.
