Made from multiple parcels of Chardonnay clones planted on the stony soils within the Gimblett Gravels Vineyard, each parcel contributes a unique character to the wine. Pale lime to pale straw. Vibrant aromas of white peach flesh, freshly toasted hazelnuts and brioche. Effortlessly flavourful and balanced, with an abundance of fruit intensity and richness wrapped by a saline acid line giving vitality.

Classic Chardonnay aromatics mingle in the glass with a touch of citrus peel, ripe stone fruit and toasty oak. The palate is rich and creamy with grilled peaches, lemons and brioche through the mid palate. Fine, toasted oak and balanced acidity lead to a long and satisfying finish. Inspired by the winding road leading from Queenstown to Kingston along the shores of Lake Wakatipu and sourced from Rockburn's Central Otago vineyards, the Devil's Staircase Pinot Gris takes the willing down into the realm of decadence and Bacchanalian delights.

A pure, bright and youthful citrus driven chardonnay with complex smoky, flint, toast and biscuit notes derived from extended barrel aging on full solids. The palate is focussed and restrained which unfurls on the finish and exposes the intense citrus core with underlying cashew, nutty flavours.

This Chardonnay is dry in style, and pale straw with clear hues in colour. The nose has fragrant aromas of apple blossom, pear, apricot, citrus and vanilla. This is a medium bodied and elegant Hawke's Bay Chardonnay. Its flavour profile is a mix of stonefruit, grilled nuts, grapefruit and yeasty nuances. It is both complex and delicious.

This is a fresh and elegant style of Pinot Gris with aromas and flavours of pear, red apple, citrus and baking spices. Time on lees has built gentle texture and added complexity to this wine. A hint of residual sugar balances the acidity, it finishes dry with good persistence.
