Whatever the reason, the result is wines that are marked by piercingly vibrant fruit flavours and lively acidity. Scents of mango, lime and passionfruit introduce this Sauvignon Blanc. Inspired by the winding road leading from Queenstown to Kingston along the shores of Lake Wakatipu and sourced from Rockburn's Central Otago vineyards, the Devil's Staircase Pinot Gris takes the willing down into the realm of decadence and Bacchanalian delights.

A pure, bright and youthful citrus driven chardonnay with complex smoky, flint, toast and biscuit notes derived from extended barrel aging on full solids. The palate is focussed and restrained which unfurls on the finish and exposes the intense citrus core with underlying cashew, nutty flavours.

This Chardonnay is dry in style, and pale straw with clear hues in colour. The nose has fragrant aromas of apple blossom, pear, apricot, citrus and vanilla. Rich and mouth filling with juicy stone fruit, ripe pears, lemon zest, brioche and biscotti on the palate. The texture is creamy and mouth filling.

Pale lemon in colour with a powerful, expressive and complex nose (exotic fruits, blackcurrant buds, grapefruit, peach) as well as some floral notes. Well-balanced, long and rich on the palate. Seductively fresh and fruity.

The Chablis Vineyards found in the northernmost region of Burgundy, are located in a dramatic circle of hills where vines have been planted for hundreds of years. The wine is a dry and fruity wine that is easy to drink. Very fresh aromas reminiscent of citrus (lemon or grapefruit). On the palate, dry and fruity, with mineral notes.

This is a medium bodied and elegant Hawke's Bay Chardonnay. Its flavour profile is a mix of stonefruit, grilled nuts, grapefruit and yeasty nuances. It is both complex and delicious.

This is a fresh and elegant style of Pinot Gris with aromas and flavours of pear, red apple, citrus and baking spices. Time on lees has built gentle texture and added complexity to this wine. A hint of residual sugar balances the acidity, it finishes dry with good persistence.

This Rosé is a beautiful pale luminescent pink, dry to taste with aromas and flavours of redcurrants, strawberry and fresh picked herbs.

This is a very aromatic and intensely flavoured Sauvignon Blanc true to its Marlborough origins. It is a rich and full-flavoured style with a crisp dry finish which provides freshness and length to the palate.
