A blend of our best Hawkes Bay red wine and fruit juices: mandarin, apple and orange zest.

Pale straw with green highlights in colour and aromas of floral, citrus rind, lime and a hint of spice, this wine delivers white peach and lime with spicy primary Riesling flavours on the palate, finishing with an integrated zesty acidity.

This Merlot was sourced from premium vineyards. Immediately following harvest fruit undertook fermentation on skins to lock in colour and flavour. It was then gently pressed and matured on oak to develop subtle toasty and mocha flavours and a rich smooth palate. The resulting wine a has dark, inky colour followed by a rewarding, silky mouthfeel and intense, rich plum flavour. Enjoy this Merlot with crispy five spice-scented, Peking duck pancakes with hoisin sauce and Asian greens.

Bay and Barnes leaned on our cousins across the ditch for the grapes to make this classic Australian Chardonnay. Following harvest, fruit was gently pressed before settling. Specially selected yeasts were used to start fermentation. From there the wine was delicately matured on oak and lees stirred to impart lovely toasty flavours and a creamy texture.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough's Wairau Valley. A range of carefully selected aromatic and texture enhancing yeasts were used during fermentation. Parcels of wine were tasted and blended with precision to create a delicious Sauvignon Blanc which showcases classic Marlborough character.

This wine has a bright pink strawberry hue, giving it a light and delicate appearance. Due to a small addition of Cienna the wine has lifted red berry aromas along with freshly crushed grapes and a spicy perfume. The palate also shows these characters along with a fruitiness that is balanced by acidity and the refreshing full sparkling sensation. Serve well chilled and enjoy while young and vibrant.

Dolcetto is an Italian grape variety that is little known or planted in Australia. The variety hails from the mountainous Piedmont region of north-west Italy. Translated literally, 'Dolcetto' means 'little sweet one'. This wine has fresh, lifted aromas of red jubes, blackberries, red currants, hints of spice and liquorice. The palate has flavours of ripe summer berries and a natural grape sweetness that is balanced by the frizzante mouth-feel providing a refreshing, lively finish.

Brown Brothers Cienna is like tasting summer berries in a glass; filled with fresh ripe cherries and juicy red berries. With a gentle spritz, Cienna is smooth with a refreshing finish. A perfect red wine for summer. Enjoy chilled.

Zibibbo Rosé is a vibrant and fun pink sparkling wine that shows lifted aromas of strawberries and summer fruits. On the palate this vibrant sparkling has characters of strawberries and watermelon followed by a clean fresh finish.

This is an elegant wine with intense tropical and stone fruit aromatics with delicate citrus and floral notes, full flavoured and textured.
