One of the best kept secrets in Australia. Galway Pipe was named after the governor of South Australia from 1914-1920, Sir Henry Galway. He would visit the winery and select the finest 'pipes' (500 Litre barrels) of Grand Tawny. This Grand Tawny is aged in oak barrels for an average of 12 years, and is an exquisite and rich blend of character filled varieties. Notes of dark dried fruit, raisins, dried pears, grilled nuts and spicy, toasty oak. Sweetness and acidity perfectly balanced.

Mt Difficulty is a boutique winery located in Bannockburn, Central Otago, and was named after the mountain overlooking Felton road and the southern Cromwell basin. As the vineyards are ageing Mt Difficulty are starting to see additional complexity emerging each vintage. Inviting and opulent, the palate is flush with sweet cherry & blueberry, followed by trademark earth & savoury notes and framed by baking spice and fine grained French Oak. The fruit floods through to the finish with a juicy balance, indicating acidity that will keep the wine aging well.

Produced in Burgundy, France from fine Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, Belaire Gold is stunning inside and out. Balanced and elegant, this classic cuvée is made with an organic sugarcane dosage, a historic touch dating back to the wines of the 1920s French Années folles, which adds a lovely length and structure to the wine.

Cherries and mulberries emerge, blending seamlessly with clove spice. This Pinot Noir boasts impressive length on the palate, where toasted chestnuts and pine nuts impart a subtle richness to the flavour profile. Lively quartz-like acidity punctuates each sip, ensuring vibrancy throughout; meanwhile, silky tannins contribute to a smooth mouthfeel.

The palate texture is suggestive of cocoa powder while being framed by just enough savoury oak to add structure without dominating. Leading with black fruit characters, it progresses with dark plum and hints of gamey richness (roasted venison). Baking spice notes and a delicate icing sugar dusting add nuance without tipping into overt sweetness. Lively acidity carries through from start to finish, perfectly accompanied by fine structural tannins that contribute to an enduring balance. Despite its depth and layers, it carries itself with typical Bin 28 ease; its complexity is apparent yet approachable.

A pure, bright and youthful citrus driven chardonnay with complex smoky, flint, toast and biscuit notes derived from extended barrel aging on full solids. The palate is focussed and restrained which unfurls on the finish and exposes the intense citrus core with underlying cashew, nutty flavours.
