The degree of ripeness is a key factor in the yield of Salento IGT Primitivo - the grapes are examined daily until the perfect time for harvesting. This wine comes from the heart of Salento, where the composition of climate and soil is ideal for the development of Primitivo. The grapes are grown in small plots in areas of rare harmonious expression. A period of rest in wood completes the maturation process: producing a soft and seductive wine with evocative spicy notes.

The grapes for this prestigious Primitivo do not get harvested once ripe, but are left on the vine so that their ripening can go on. After about 15 days, grapes are over-ripened and dry out directly on the vine, giving a Primitivo with a complex bouquet of red fruits, raisins and clear hints of marasca cherry. Aged in barriques this Primitivo Appassimento Rinforzato is a wine which remains in your memory for its strong character and great personality.

The most famous Fino wine in the world. 100% Palomino Fino grapes, minimum of 4 years in American oak following the traditional Solera system. Due to the fact that the flor protects Tio Pepe from oxygen it has been able to maintain a pale golden yellow colour. On the nose sharp yet elegant aromas of the yeast from the flor balanced with toasted almond notes typical of the Palomino variety. On the palate completely dry with reminders of almonds. Super fresh with a long and complex finish.

Tropically scented but with layers of sweet capsicum and floral lime zest rising from the glass initially. This is well backed up by a vibrant, zingy fresh palate with deceptive power and concentration. There is a creaminess to the palate from time on lees that adds a textural dimension, which is in great balance with the driving tropical fruit.

This off-dry South Australian Shiraz is a vibrant and fruit-forward wine that boasts aromas of juicy red berries, raspberry, and black cherry. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with a silky texture, displaying flavours of ripe red fruit and a hint of chocolate. The wine has a pleasant balance of acidity with an easy-to-drink finish. Graham's Tawny Port offers a fine balance of fruitiness and nuttiness, derived from ageing in casks. A very versatile style of Port, suitable for drinking on any occasion. Reddish tawny colour, with ripe fruit aromas nicely balanced by hints dried fuits, and on the palate slightly dry, elegant and smooth.

A smooth and silky tawny that delivers rich nut-infused aromatics and fresh fruit characters. Made from the Barossa's traditional tawny varieties, Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz and blended via a solera-based system to an average of 10 years, the palate is sweet and mellow, but finishes deliciously dry.
