Sourced from the estate's vineyards across Alexandra, Gibbston and Bannockburn, it offers enticing aromas of wild herbs, Black Doris plum, violet and schist, leading to a richly textured palate layered with black and red cherry fruit, warming spice and elegant balance. Approachable yet beautifully expressive, it's a Pinot Noir made to be enjoyed time and again.

Bright straw in colour, this energetic sauvignon blanc has explosive aromatics of paw paw, Kaffir lime, capsicum, and stone fruit that mingle with subtle notes of coconut and dill. Dry and reminiscent of highball gin and tonic, persistent flavours of blackcurrant, banana passionfruit, cucumber, and green olive are revealed alongside bright, mouth-watering acidity. The distinctive palate has an elegant structure and a bright, pure finish.

Pale pink in colour, this Mediterranean style rosé is savoury with aromas of Himalayan pink salt, overlaying nuances of watermelon, persimmon, peach, and wild strawberry. The zesty palate exudes blackcurrant, crushed red berries, sherbet, and a seasoning of umami. This elegant rosé is perfectly poised with a chalky texture, delivering a mouthwatering, generous, and dry finish.

A lovely almond colour in the glass, the nose reveals toasted coconut, fresh pear, and apple strudel aromas. Textured and dry, the wine has roasted almond flavours mingling with fresh thyme, wild fennel, and cinnamon. This multi-layered pinot gris is opulent yet clean and juicy with fresh acidity. Great balance and a waxy mouthfeel are complimented by a beautiful lemonade type texture.

Very French and lively on the nose, bouquets of good dry crunchy fruit with characters of supple spice, apples and subdued cinnamon, peachy elements and sweet smelling clovey punch.
