Golden in colour and very approachable, our full bodied IPA uses a blend of highly aromatic New Zealand hops. A light tropical fruit flavour with a hint of light caramel malt makes this IPA a refreshing beer for all year round.

To Celebrate the return of the not quite world famous Port Chalmers Seafood Festival, Emerson's brewed you a hop Festival. Superdelic, Nectaron, Simcoe, and Talus hops brings you delicious citrus, stonefruit, and pineapple flavours. A great pairing with all the fruits of the ocean. If you like beer, and seafood, you'll go cray cray for Cray Cray.

This beer is inspired by the rabbits that do a bit of lawn mowing around the brewery. Their numbers seem to double, and they're pretty happy. So, Double Bunny is a double-hopped, double IPA with intense flavours, a lively spice and a fruity finish. It's surprisingly smooth for its 8.1%, but it's a good one to share. Maybe get a friend to hop down - on the double.

Life is hard. Beer shouldn't be. This Pacific Pale Ale was brewed to be crisp, refreshing, and go down nice and easy. It's as Easy As: Pie, Lemon Squeezy, Falling off a log, ABC, Doing up velcro shoes, Juggling one ball, Cooking up a pre-cooked sausage, Looking after a goldfish, Growing Mint, and Doing the 'Corpse' yoga pose. Yep it's so easy you could drink it with your eyes closed.

Lost in Space features an all-American line-up of Azacca, El Dorado and Mosaic hops, making for a rich flavour, with spicy mango, stone fruit and a crisp citrus finish. Don't just drink craft beer, drink spacecraft beer.

The kaleidoscope was invented by a scotsman by the name of Brewster. So, it seems appropriate to name a brew after his creation. The words mean beautiful and form. And thats exactly what you'll get from this hazy pale ale. It's a kaleidoscope in your mouth.
