Dr Bill, Glenmorangie's Director of Whisky Creation, was born with a taste for adventure. And with this single malt he sought to create a whisky as unpredictable as his travels. Quinta Ruban is a whisky journey into the wild - a dark and delectable forest where the wind whistles with gusts of peppermint and dark swirls of chocolate can happen at any moment. In their giraffe-high stills, it begins soft and fruity, then gets darker and deeper as they let it age for 14 years in bourbon casks and port casks from Portugal. The finished whisky is a thicket of voluptuous flavour combinations. Walnut and black pepper. Mandarin orange and melted marshmallow. Dark chocolate bar and peppermint. Like stepping into a chocolate-minty-orange unknown, the journey is as delicious as the destination.

The last hours of a perfect autumn day when the world looks like a golden dream filled with cookie-coloured leaves and butterscotch skies... What would that taste like? The answer is, this dazzling, luminous whisky - a rhapsody of warm tones like purple heather, leaves swirling in the wind and hues of lemon, copper and gold. To create it, Glenmorangie gather the silky, fruity spirit from their giraffe-high stills and let it steep in American oak casks. No less than 15 years later, they transfer a portion into Oloroso sherry casks for three more years. Once 18 years have passed, Glenmorangie reunite them to create its warm balance of sweet, floral lushness. A whisky born of an obsession, Dr Bill's obsession for the culture, fashion and food of Japan. The contradictory and multi-faceted nature of Tokyo inspired Dr Bill to reflect it into a whisky. After a decade of searching, Dr Bill finally managed to source some casks from one of Japan's most sought-after trees, Mizunara oak. The result is a whisky designed to bottle some of the wonders of Tokyo - multi-faceted, contradictory and always surprising! The whisky fuses notes of pepper with bitter cherries and mouth-watering orange zest with incense and sweet oak - a unique and complex flavour profile resulting from the recipe of Mizunara oak, Bourbon and Sherry casks. It's a peated expression marrying grain and malt whiskies aged in the same casks as Grant's Triple Wood, refill American oak casks, first-fill ex-bourbon casks and virgin American oak casks.

Green Spot Irish Whiskey is a classic single pot still Irish whiskey distilled in Midleton, County Cork, and matured in a combination of wine, sherry, and port casks. Named after the historic practice of marking aging barrels with a spot of paint to indicate maturity, it is crafted from a blend of whiskies aged on average 7-9 years. The nose offers fresh aromatic oils, spices, orchard fruits, and barley over toasted wood. The palate is full and spicy with hints of clove and the sweet freshness of green apples, leading to a lingering finish of warm spices, toasted oak, and barley.

A fresh-faced, zesty whisky with a natural golden amber colour direct from the cask and as invigorating as the Orkney breeze. Fresh, clean and floral on the nose, with heathered honey and a touch of citrus. Sweet and spicy on the palate, with toasty notes of burnt orange, jasmine and fruitcake. A long finish with peppery spice, woody notes and orange zest, and the subtle, aromatic kick of smoke that you only get from Orkney heathered peat.

Highland Park have a tradition of defying convention and that's how they came to create this distinct and bold single malt whisky and its equally distinct and bold packaging. Using first-fill Rioja casks in combination with refill casks was a first for Highland Park and the result is a rich and contemporary single malt whisky with very distinctive character. You'll find generous layers of sweet vanilla, sun-ripened peaches, summer berries and full-bodied red wine, combined on gust of heather-rich peat smoke.

Named Best Spirit in the World in the Spirit Journal, on two separate occasions, the intense balance of the flavours found in Highland Park 18YO owes everything to the five traditional keystones of production, honoured for over 220 years. Slow-burning, aromatic peat from Hobbister Moor; hand-turned floor maltings, Sherry seasoned European oak casks, cool maturation in the temperate island climate and a long and unhurried harmonisation process. Highland Park 18YO is predominantly matured in 1st fill European oak Sherry-seasoned casks, delivering a remarkable complexity over time. It delivers lingering layers of sweet honeyed malt wrapped up in subtle floral peat smoke. Over 18 years, the cool Northern climate causes the whisky to age slowly and evenly, providing balanced maturation and depth of flavour.

Valfather is Highland Park's most peated whisky to date and matured entirely in their finest refill casks to ensure that all that peat is balanced with subtle layers of flavour and character. You'll taste the syrupy sweet apple, fragrant pear, crème brûlée, toasted cedarwood, and smoked paprika. If we had to make up a word for such a flavour, it'd be Stickysmoke.

Valkyrie celebrates Highland Park's rich Nordic ancestry in Orkney, once part of a vast Viking kingdom. According to Norse mythology, Valkyries would descend onto the battlefields to find the best and bravest warriors and give them passage to Valhalla. The combination of sherry seasoned European and American oak casks with ex-bourbon casks gives Valkyrie the aroma of crisp green apples in a spice market and an aroma of faraway campfires. They call it 'Liquorice Lantern Smoke'.
