Our flagship wine, this is a fruit-driven and expressive Sauvignon Blanc, grown from premium vineyards across the world-famous Marlborough region of New Zealand. Perfect with seafood, salads, and goat cheese.

Ripe stone fruit aromas of peach and nectarine, with notes of ripe mandarin freshly baked brioche, nougat, vanilla and a hint of clove, add to the complexity and interest on the nose. A silky attack with sweet fruit flavours of peach nectarine and clove in the rich textural mid palate and with hints of nougat and vanilla balanced with fine oak and lingering grapefruit citrus finish.

On the nose there are aromas of citrus, as well as honeydew melon and some stone fruit (peach and nectarine). In addition there is a hint of struck match which adds complexity and a flinty minerality. The palate is concentrated with refreshing acidity and a lingering finish.

Upon release it has a subtle lemon hue. The bouquet is vibrant, an intoxicating assortment of tropical and citrus. Heady aromas of passionfruit and pineapple flirt temptingly against a backdrop of grapefruit, green apple, lemon peel and a hint of gunflint. The mouthfeel is textured yet precise, with a rousing whip of acidity and simmering phenolics that give the wine increased structure and length. A complex and serious Sauvignon Blanc, displaying intense varietal character, a multi- faceted palate, and a long salivating finish.

Max's Chardonnay reflects this legacy with a refined and contemporary interpretation of Adelaide Hills Chardonnay. Aromas of white peach, nectarine, guava and feijoa are layered with poached pear, baked brioche and subtle smoky oak. The palate reveals nougat, roasted cashews and white pepper, with gentle acidity and textured phenolics creating a balanced, lingering finish.

Prettily perfumed with pomegranate, watermelon and crushed red berries. Elegant fruit sweetness combines with a lovely soft and creamy palate and a refreshing dry finish. A delicate Riesling with a finely textured palate featuring elegant minerality, lime zest and preserved lemon flavours which combine beautifully with floral, citrus and lemongrass aromatics. A delicate and textural dry Riesling with fine acidity.
