The Private Bin series has been inspired by the McGuigan family tradition to always share a special family wine with their guest. This Merlot displays the wonderful fruit flavours of raspberry, cherry and ripe plum. These are nicely integrated with caramel and vanilla oak characters to create a smooth and enjoyable red wine.

This Shiraz features delightful dark cherry and plum aromas integrated with some smoky vanillin characters and cinnamon from the oak. The wine has a good mouth feel with both cherry and plum flavours with a peppery spice.

Aromas of dark fruit with layers of chocolate and sweet and spice. An elegant Merlot with spiced fruit on the palate, generous weight and good length of flavour.

Exhibits spicy and smoky oak characters on the nose. Rich flavours of plum and blackberry extend onto the palate followed by spice oak notes and a long intense finish.

Generous aromas of gooseberry and citrus fruits, with a subtle grassy tone. This refreshing full flavoured Sauvignon Blanc delivers flavours of passionfruit and lime whilst finishing clean and crisp.

Subtle spice and vanilla notes complemented by plum and forest berry aromas. This Shiraz has a good length of flavour with sweet blackcurrants and a balanced finish.

The flavour profile and characteristics of the Sparkling are as you would expect. Elegant and refreshing, featuring crisp pear and green apple, lively bubbles and an attractive crisp finish.

100% of the fruit for this Chardonnay came from McManis' very own River Junction AVA, located at the confluence of the San Joaquin and Stanislaus Rivers. Light golden straw in color with bright fruit aromas of pear, melon, and peach. The palate is driven by notes of stone-fruit, banana, vanilla, and a hint of buttered popcorn. Rich and decadent, this Chardonnay can be enjoyed on its own or with a delicious meal.

The Medici Lambrusco colour is intense ruby red. The bouquet is fruity and persistent with violet scent leading to sweet, fruity, fresh, lively and pleasantly harmonious. The froth is fine and rich when poured.
