Man O' War Chardonnay exhibits intense ripe stone fruit characters with subtle hints of toasty French oak and a lovely nutty lees influence.

Crisp and clean this is our most successful vintage of Sauvignon blanc and is perfectly suited to the local Te Matuku Oysters which are farmed close to Man O' War, or similarly the abundant seafood that thrive in the surrounding coastal waters.

Ironclad shows dark fruits; plums and berries, wildflowers, crushed rock, and iodine, all creating a complex and lifted aroma profile. The palate shows good density which is balanced with coastal freshness and finishes with a core of powerful tannins. A rare dominance of Merlot over Cabernet Franc gives the wine good early accessibility but clearly a wine suited to ageing.

Pinot gris for the Exiled comes from the St Helena clone of Pinot gris and is grown on both Waiheke and Ponui Islands. The wines are chilled to below zero to stop the fermentation before blending, the blend is held at low temperatures in the cellar until bottling to retain as much of the natural carbon dioxide as possible.

Classical in its fresh herb, lime cordial and passionfruit seed with a coastal element of weathered rock and salt spray. The palate is linear and textured finishing dry and salivating. Picking early has not only captured the classic herbal notes of the variety but has allowed for the vibrant acid profile to be balanced by the concentration from low yields, a hint of barrel weight and a touch of residual sugar retained from the fermentation.

The Valhalla has a wealth of ripe aromas; nectarine and grapefruit with complex layers of baking bread, cashew and flinty reductive elements. Rich and fulsome on the palate, with a spine of acidity harmoniously interwoven with richness and a ripe citrus finish.

Fruit notes of white fleshed stone fruits and ripe citrus zest lead to the rich, creamy mid-palate, with oak derived notes of grilled nuts and baking spice.

By Josh Scott Pet Nat is crafted from hand-picked Chardonnay, with a touch of Pinot Gris & Pinot Noir. No herbicides or pesticides are used during the growing process and no fining or filtration in the making, allowing natural character to flourish. The wine matures and completes its fermentation in the bottle, resulting in a delightful frizzante. Resting in these bottles for 6 months, nestled 'sur lies,' undergoing a captivating autolysis process, imparting a fine layers of lees within the bottle.

A rich and creamy Gisborne favourite, bursting with ripe peach and melon flavours complemented by subtle butterscotch and fig notes. Its smooth texture and balanced finish make it a perfect match for seafood, chicken, veal, and light cheeses.

A full-bodied red featuring a deep dark crimson hue and a complex, brooding nose of wild berry, blackcurrant, and leather. On the palate, it delivers a rich concentration of flavours, offering a sweet entry of Doris plum and wild berry balanced by savoury, earthy undertones and beautifully soft tannins. This elegant and robust wine pairs exceptionally well with hearty meat dishes, cured cheese platters, or a selection of tapas.

A soft and voluptuous full-bodied white wine that opens with a pale straw colour and a fragrant bouquet of jasmine, almond, and pear. The textural palate is richly concentrated with complex notes of spice, pear, fig, and honeysuckle, all perfectly balanced by a lovely acidity that leads to a crisp, dry finish.
