Made from multiple parcels of Chardonnay clones planted on the stony soils within the Gimblett Gravels Vineyard, each parcel contributes a unique character to the wine. Pale lime to pale straw. Vibrant aromas of white peach flesh, freshly toasted hazelnuts and brioche. Effortlessly flavourful and balanced, with an abundance of fruit intensity and richness wrapped by a saline acid line giving vitality.

Classic Chardonnay aromatics mingle in the glass with a touch of citrus peel, ripe stone fruit and toasty oak. The palate is rich and creamy with grilled peaches, lemons and brioche through the mid palate. Fine, toasted oak and balanced acidity lead to a long and satisfying finish. A pure, bright and youthful citrus driven chardonnay with complex smoky, flint, toast and biscuit notes derived from extended barrel aging on full solids. The palate is focussed and restrained which unfurls on the finish and exposes the intense citrus core with underlying cashew, nutty flavours.

This Chardonnay is dry in style, and pale straw with clear hues in colour. The nose has fragrant aromas of apple blossom, pear, apricot, citrus and vanilla. Rich and mouth filling with juicy stone fruit, ripe pears, lemon zest, brioche and biscotti on the palate. The texture is creamy and mouth filling.

The Chablis Vineyards found in the northernmost region of Burgundy, are located in a dramatic circle of hills where vines have been planted for hundreds of years. The wine is a dry and fruity wine that is easy to drink. Very fresh aromas reminiscent of citrus (lemon or grapefruit). On the palate, dry and fruity, with mineral notes.

This is a medium bodied and elegant Hawke's Bay Chardonnay. Its flavour profile is a mix of stonefruit, grilled nuts, grapefruit and yeasty nuances. It is both complex and delicious.

The grapes for this wine were harvested from the limestone-rich Havelock North hills. It was barrel fermented, and has aromas of grilled peach, vanilla and hazelnut. The palate offers juicy acidity, beautiful texture and weight, with a creamy mouthfeel and a delicious lingering finish.
