An intensely dark and opulent wine from the heart of the Barossa. Bold and generous flavours of raspberry, black cherry and dark chocolate with a colour so deep its almost ink. A deep and full flavoured Barossa Shiraz with half the alcohol.

A Shiraz so bold and dark in colour, it's almost ink! This is a vibrant, opulent Shiraz designed to make a statement. A rich bouquet of sweet red fruit complement a juicy fruit driven palate. Corryton Park is a wine of amazing depth and complexity. The wine showcases classic Cabernet Sauvignon with fragrant aromas of blackcurrant, tobacco, mint, blackberry and cedar. The full bodied palate is succulent and complex with layers of cassis, plums and winter fruit all beautifully supported with elegant supple tannins.

Holy Trinity is a staple for all Barossa wine lovers. One of the longest producing Barossa Grenache, Shiraz & Mourvèdre blends. This wine delivers complexity, depth and finesse with every release. Sweet and crunchy fruit entry with highly evident red cherry, currants, and hint of cranberry. The sweet spices of juniper, caraway and subtle white pepper, help drive the complexing flavour profile. The tannins are tight and appear slaty to graphite-like with a long fulfilling finish.

Intense purple red in colour with great density. The bouquet is rich with plum, raspberries and dark cherries, with underlying hints of dark chocolate, coffee bean and spice. This super-rich, full-bodied wine has a sensual palate offering plenty of texture, fine velvety tannins and soft, round dark fruit flavours.
