Marlborough Pinot Noir is making a name for its luscious textures, red berry aromatics, and complex, rewarding wines. Sourcing our Pinot Noir fruit from the finest vineyards in the Southern Valley sub-region, this wine is sophisticated, intriguing, and is the perfect accompaniment to BQ meats, nutty cheese, and mushroom dishes.

Deep ruby red in colour, ripe plum aroma's with five spice, vanilla, and cedar notes from the oak, sous-bois and graphite notes. The palate is plush and velvety and shows dark fruits dominated by plum and clove and a hint of mocha, supported by fleshy tannins. The oak influence is subtle and provides structure and a lingering Plum stone finish.

Deep fuchsia in colour with purple violet undertones. Concentrated black current nose with lifted, sweet raspberry lemonade aromatics. The palate is full and generous with juicy berry fruits and tingling, spiced fine tannins.

Aromas of dark cherry & plum. Chocolate vanilla and liquorice notes. Medium Bodied, dark berries and plummy flavour, soft, round, juicy palate. Underlying oak. Firm fine tannin structure.

The palate is generously full and fruity with plush velvety tannins that lead on to a lingering tangy aftertaste. While ready to drink on release we expect this wine to improve for several years and live for well over a decade with careful cellaring.

Upon release the wine is bright ruby in colour. There is a teasing array of vibrant red fruit on the nose including raspberry, pomegranate, cherry and plum. Spice and herbal notes, as well as a savoury underlay, add to the wine's complexity. While the palate has generous fruit weight and velvety tannins, it is balanced with refreshing acidity and a structure that gives the wine classic North Canterbury tension and pinosity.

Since its first release in 1962, Penfolds Bin 128 Coonawarra Shiraz has celebrated the distinctive character of one of Australia's most revered wine regions. Sourced from the famed terra rossa soils of Coonawarra, this cool-climate Shiraz offers a graceful contrast to the richer, warmer-climate styles of the Penfolds collection, capturing the perfume, structure and depth unique to its origins. Matured in a combination of new and seasoned French oak hogsheads, the 2024 vintage reveals aromas of violet florals, cracked pepper, savoury spice and dark berry fruits, layered with hints of dried orange peel and juniper. Inspired by the celebrated blends of France's Southern Rhône, Penfolds Bin 138 Grenache Shiraz Mataro 2024 brings together three classic varieties sourced from well-established Barossa Valley vineyards, including treasured old vines. Matured separately in mostly seasoned oak before the final blend is assembled, each varietal contributes its own distinct personality to create a wine of harmony, depth and regional character. Fragrant aromas of cranberry, red currant and plum compote are layered with warming spices, fresh fig and subtle savoury notes. The palate is poised and beautifully balanced, combining juicy red fruits with hints of red peppercorn and spice, supported by fine, seamless tannins and bright acidity. The result is a generous yet composed Rhône-inspired blend, delivering impressive length and a finish that speaks unmistakably of the Barossa Valley.

Crafted from the ancient ironstone soils of Marananga in the heart of the Barossa Valley, Penfolds Bin 150 Shiraz 2020 is a powerful expression of this renowned sub-region, made unmistakably in the Penfolds style. Rich layers of satsuma plum, boysenberry and exotic spice unfold alongside distinctive mineral notes that reflect the region's unique geology, while a careful balance of French and American oak adds depth and refinement. Grippy tannins and a finely structured palate ensure impressive cellaring potential, with the wine set to reward from 2025 through to 2040.

First released in 1960, Penfolds Bin 2 Shiraz Mataro draws on a rich heritage of Australian red wine blending, inspired by the classic 'Australian Burgundy' style. Bringing together Shiraz and Mataro, this medium to full-bodied wine showcases the depth and complexity that have made traditional Rhône varieties a lasting favourite. Deep crimson in colour, it reveals layers of blackberry, mulberry and plum, woven with notes of star anise, clove and savoury herbs. The palate delivers generous dark fruit balanced by Mataro's earthy, savoury character, with rounded tannins and fresh acidity creating a seamless, lingering finish of spice, dark chocolate and subtle complexity.
