The Private Bin series has been inspired by the McGuigan family tradition to always share a special family wine with their guest. This Shiraz features delightful dark cherry and plum aromas integrated with some smoky vanillin characters and cinnamon from the oak. The wine has a good mouth feel with both cherry and plum flavours with a peppery spice.

Exhibits spicy and smoky oak characters on the nose. Rich flavours of plum and blackberry extend onto the palate followed by spice oak notes and a long intense finish.

The Medici Lambrusco colour is intense ruby red. The bouquet is fruity and persistent with violet scent leading to sweet, fruity, fresh, lively and pleasantly harmonious. The froth is fine and rich when poured.

Sourced from select parcels across the iconic Metala single vineyard, the White Label Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the bold character of Langhorne Creek. Aromas of cassis, mulberry and blackcurrant mingle with fresh mulberry leaf, earthy undertones and a subtle hint of bay leaf, creating an inviting bouquet with a savoury edge. The palate is rich with dark blackcurrant fruit, complemented by fine-grained tannins that deliver length, structure and a lingering finish. Generous and full of character, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a natural match for bold flavours, from chorizo and chilli pasta to herb-infused meats and rich tomato-based dishes.

The Boxer Shiraz features a solid core of dark fruit, including ripe black cherries, mocha, and a hint of clove spice, all of which emerge vividly from the glass. The wine's rich and velvety mouthfeel is enhanced by a soft plummy texture, while well-measured tannins and a touch of toasted oak provide balance and structure.

Maitre D' Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine with deep red and purple hues and a rich aroma. It's complex and flavourful, with cherry and blackberry notes transitioning into hints of liquorice, cigar box, and mocha, all while maintaining fruit sweetness. This Cabernet is a well-balanced delight.

Mollydooker The Scooter Merlot is fragrant and silky smooth, enticing with a nose full of cherries and forest fruits. The first sip reveals fresh plum and sweet berries, followed by a gentle hint of nutmeg and cinnamon spice. Finely balanced with delicate tannins, it offers a refined complexity that makes this Merlot a true pleasure to enjoy.

Crafted from pristine grapes that were hand harvested from a single Pisa vineyard Site. Naturally fermented and pressed to allow an extended period of maturation in French Oak. The Mount Michael Pinot Noir is beautifully fragrant showing aromas of dark cherries and plums, violets and raspberries and a hint of clove and vanilla. Rich and concentrated on the palate with flavours that mirror the nose. Enhanced by a mineral core of acidity and chalky dusty tannins. A delicious savoury finish with toasty oak providing an elegant structure and length. Drinking beautifully now, but you will be rewarded with further cellaring.

The Mountaineer Pinot Noir pays homage to the pioneering spirit and sense of adventure displayed by mountain climbers confronting the forces of nature and celebrating the beauty and grandeur of the New Zealand Southern Alps. The preparation, passion and commitment are necessary to grow and make Pinot Noir in Central Otago mirror the challenges faced by these pioneering mountaineers. Ripe dark plums, cherries, violets and spice lead into a wine brimming with ample concentrated fruit flavours of red cherries and raspberries on the palate complimented by soft spices and toasty oak influence. The grapes for Roaring Meg come from Mt Difficulty's Cromwell basin vineyards managed by their dedicated viticultural team. The addition of fruit from their Bendigo vineyard has lends a powerful, darker edge. Roaring Meg Pinot Noir features red, blue and black berry fruit aromatics. The palate is harmonious with rich dark berries and a savoury line underneath. A hint of spice and dried thyme complement the succulent fruit. Fine silky tannins frame the wine with a great flow and finish.
