Central Otago is home to New Zealand's largest high country sheep stations. The original shepherds who worked these stations have moved on, yet their spirit remains. The Last Shepherd celebrate these men with this Central Otago Pinot Noir. Medium ruby red, exhibiting vibrant dark berry aromas with hints of spice and smoke. The palate is rich and savoury with dark cherry and plum fruit characters with fine supple tannins, hints of pepper and spice and a savoury oak finish.

A bold Hawke's Bay Syrah - Floral aromas such as lilac, violet with lifted dark berry notes appear on the nose. On the palate, flavours of boysenberry and plum with well-integrated oak influence come through. With medium weight on the palate, this wine has a hint of pepper and warm spices, rounded out with a soft and velvety finish. The wine has a dense purple colour. It has aromas of sweet berry fruits that are entwined with dark chocolate. On the palate it has intense flavours of blackcurrant and plum with soft, smooth tannins with subtle oak characteristics.

Sourced from the estate's vineyards across Alexandra, Gibbston and Bannockburn, it offers enticing aromas of wild herbs, Black Doris plum, violet and schist, leading to a richly textured palate layered with black and red cherry fruit, warming spice and elegant balance.
